Dirty coils force your system to overwork — raising your electric bill and shortening equipment life. A thorough coil wash restores peak airflow and efficiency.
Low refrigerant is the #1 reason A/C units stop cooling. Catching a shortfall before the heat peaks saves you from an emergency no-cool call in the middle of summer.
Capacitors are one of the most common warm-weather failure points. A weak capacitor causes hard starts, increased energy draw, and eventual compressor damage — caught early, it's a cheap fix.
A/C not cooling, making odd noises, or just acting up? Jeremy will come out, diagnose the issue, and walk you through exactly what's wrong and what it'll cost to fix — before any repair work begins. No pressure, no surprises.

The $150 Spring A/C Tune-Up includes three core services: coil washing (removes debris that forces your system to work harder), refrigerant charge check (ensures your system is properly charged and catches leaks early), and capacitor inspection (one of the most common summer failure points). All three are performed in a single visit.
The $120 service call covers Jeremy coming out to your location, running a full diagnostic, and explaining exactly what's wrong with your system — along with an upfront repair quote. No work is started until you approve the cost. If you decide to move forward with repairs, the $120 service call fee applies toward the total. Works for both residential and commercial systems.

Most tune-ups take 60–90 minutes. Jeremy will give you a heads-up on-site if anything found during the inspection could extend the visit — always before any additional work is started.
Both prices are flat and transparent — $150 for the Spring Tune-Up (first unit, all 3 checks included) and $120 for a Service Call (diagnostic + upfront repair quote). If your system needs additional refrigerant, a replacement part, or any extra work beyond the booked service, Jeremy will quote you the cost before touching anything additional. No surprise bills, ever.

Most A/C problems don't show symptoms until they cause a full breakdown — often at the worst possible time (peak summer heat). A tune-up catches small issues like a weakening capacitor or slightly low refrigerant charge before they become emergency failures. Prevention is always significantly cheaper than emergency repair plus the cost of a 100°F house.
