Common questions
When Dragon A/C replaces a capacitor on your system, that part is warrantied for as long as you own the unit. If it fails again, the replacement part is covered — no registration, no proration, no fine print. Call 214-384-4420 and it gets handled.
R410A is $65 per pound. R22 is $80 per pound. Those rates don't move with the weather. Before any refrigerant goes in, you'll know how many pounds your system needs and what the total comes to.
Three things, in a single visit: coil washing (removes the debris that makes your system overwork), a refrigerant charge check (confirms the charge and catches leaks early), and a capacitor inspection (the most common failure point). $150 covers the first unit.
Jeremy comes out, runs a full diagnostic, and explains exactly what's wrong along with an upfront repair quote. No work starts until you approve the cost. If you move forward with the repair, the $120 applies toward the total.
An evaporator clean in place ($40) cleans the indoor coil without disassembly — right for normal buildup. An indoor blower pull & cleaning ($80) removes the blower wheel entirely so it can be degreased, which is what a caked wheel needs to restore full airflow. Jeremy tells you which one your system actually needs, and won't push you to the other.
